B'Tselem
B'Tselem (Hebrew: בצלם, Arabic: بتسيلم), meaning "In the Image [of God]" in Hebrew, is a prominent Israeli human rights organization focusing on the plight of Palestinians under the apartheid and the occupation.
Founded in 1989, B'Tselem is dedicated to documenting and advocating against human rights violations in the Israeli-occupied territories. The organization focuses on issues such as land expropriation, settlements, and the impact of the Israeli Occupation on civilians. B'Tselem plays a crucial role in providing information and raising awareness about human rights abuses, contributing to international dialogue on the Middle East conflict.
B'Tselem was one of the earlier human rights organizations to declare Israel to be an apartheid state.
